Over-worked Underpaid Ignored Passed with more responsibilities and problems to solve that are not even in my job description

Time off does not equal the rest of the world in NA. Work more than 8 hrs
Low salary. No long term incentive plan except at board level

Each department does not have a completely clear job description, and certain tasks get pushed around from department to department.

Low pressure atmosphere but fast paced
