Stop the internal fighting that is tearing the company apart.
Employing the skills that are taught at the Leadership Center. They know all of the right words to say but cannot put them into action. Again, it is do their lack of ethical standards and their incompetency as leaders.

He need to be honest and impartial.
Management is partial and not fair to their expats employees, likewise not fair to the junior employees. Senior employees get more promotion, merit increase and other extra benefits geared towards them... VERY UNFAIR COMPANY...

The pay is bad. The oppurtunity for advancment and career devolpment is limited. Very linear career path. Not a merit based environment, more like a burucratic maze. The best is usually the people who work the system, not the ones who do real work. Fillled with empty accomplishments and blubber
Not giving zero % increases despite record company profita

Provide good basic salary to poor asian employees like Filipinos, Indian and other third world countries expat employees. Give them what they deserved and stop treating western employees like gods.
