Good communication between each other is great and we all see each other as friends
They always work together daily
They never complain and they finish well
always listen, willing to help

Actually have meetings and an upper management team that cares

Everyone is always in a good mood
Talking to the customers they're usually so nice
Always friendly and good atmosphere
Everyone is smiling and laughing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better DO and AMS because the ones you have are running people out of the doors
