They say they have a great cukture, but they literally just march i ductry standard for pto. A rially a good bit less. 16 days totall. No tike tk he sick. Very low pay.

It was very personal. You inteview with the manager you will he working with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They call us teams but no one interacts. You also need to cover for everyone during their PTO. So in a sense you arent given pto, you warn it but doubling your job often.
