What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very friendly and helpful
My manager is a good person. Cares about their team. You can see their hands are tied at certain points however by upper management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Playing favorites. Giving tons more work to the better employees
Realizing yoy cant double a job and expect peope to be anle to do it
Hiring people that they fire.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pto is good but there’s not enough backup coverage so you end up having to do more work when you get ba
the affordable healthcare is a great perk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is good--that's why so many people stay.
If they paid us and gave us time off.
Pay us more than they lay a fast food worker. We deal with millions in knventory yet get paid like we didnt go to college.
They are quick to add to work load without extra conoensation. In my short time working there they have already added ti my job description and it coukd become tok much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to support each other and make going to work worthwhile
Everyone is so nice. They are great at hiring good people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are fine just unteachable
Cowrkers are fine. But we all need to cover for eachoter for PTO which doubles your job.
They call us teams but no one interacts. You also need to cover for everyone during their PTO. So in a sense you arent given pto, you warn it but doubling your job often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is promoted
Leaving at the end of the day
The people are great. If you beed help its always there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
young supervisors need to learn to talk to older employees with more respect

Knowing i have hours and am not expected to work more than that.
