Seeing regular customers smile and banter with us. Payday as well.

Respectful interactions. Effective teamwork. Everyone focuses mostly on finishing our duties as soon as possible.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a very friendly environment. We like keep in touch with each other after work hours sometimes just because of our friendships.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For someone who has worked full time for more than 2 years, I expected some type of benefit program. Also when the pandemic hit us, we weren't equipped with plexiglass at our drive thru or our front registers. Everyone's hours were cut dramatically, and were stalled on receiving raises for months.
