What do you like best about the leadership team?
My superiors are understanding, kind, and sensible.
They always come together and work as one.
They all ways help you when your in need no matter what time or day busy or slow there always there to provide a helping hand and I like it
Our managers were always kind and understanding when I was an employee. The schedule was usually flexible as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication with employees, and long term managers
Treat their employees better than dirt n pay them better.
