What is the best part about your compensation package?
it just keeps adding up the more i work there
It is a family love working with kids 4-k
The besty part of the compensation package is the fact that i make so much money and im not poor
I have insurance and a 401.
It is what I need for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary and more access to flex time
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are caring and we want to help the kids
Love to work with each other
The best thing about my team is they like to give me money because i threat them with my papers
we really work as a team to colllaborate and share
They help each other when needed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that it is very much about the kids
Such a large difference in races and ethnicity, truly amazing to work with people with different beliefs and cultures
I'm around positive people and we work together
friendly, hard working, sharing responsibilities and ideas
our team work ethic and how friendly they are

What did you like most about the interview process?
it was easy and quick
I like how they are really engaging and they are nive and literally gave anyone they wanted a job
they made me feel comfortable and competent.
I think the person made me feel immediately wanted there.

working with the kids shaping there future
The ability to help other out
I get to do what ever I want to all the people
being able to learn about and practice contemporary methods
