Low pay, change in pay (lower wages or secondary rate that is half of normal rate), no benefits, they say a perk is beingn able to get shifts covered by subs but subs and other instructors are overworked or unwilling, no PTO, no set raises, bonuese and prep time pay cut a day before checks were sent

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow instructors are great people to be around. I love music. That is it. Anything else not directly mentioned is a downfall
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very insteuctor oriented. Focused on my style of teaching and how I can implement this. All of this changed once hired on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is all a mess. Franchise owner makes 5x what they should considering how they pay and treat staff. If you require talented and experienced indivduals to work there pay us as such
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying staff a liveable wage and following work laws. No breaks, benefits, raises, or notice of pay changes more than a week before paychecks come out. Terrible unless you want to deficate all of your time and effort to it and work a second job
