What did you like most about the interview process?

Questions were poignant and related to the job.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The GM of my school is the best boss I have ever encountered. Corporate management leaves a lot to be desired.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Generally everyone is a team player and willing to do right by the kids even if it isn't in their best interest

What makes you most happy at work?

The culture set by the GM and knowing I can trust my supervisor to do right by me and my fellow coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone seemingly has their hearts in the right place. Everyone is here for the same reason. Execution is where the problems usually lie.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No one is paid a livable wage. Corporate expects a level of commitment they aren't willing to pay for. "The instructors understand the pay is what it is. They don't get paid well on gigs either" is the excuse I was given when I inquired about why rates are so low.
