Having worked for the company for 2.5+ years, I've invested a lot of my time into the company, I've worked overtime, I've come in on my days off and while the yearly raises are nice, there is little to no room to grow with the company, and they refuse to make most employees full time with benefits.

What makes you most happy at work?

It's fulfilling and I enjoy teaching, something that School of Rock Corporate takes advantage of.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are usually agreeable and kind. We cover each others shifts and we help each other out when we need to. However the turnover rate is high and every now and then we have rude and crass employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay is decent, but the hours are not. If I was full time, after my 2.5+ years with the company, then they would be more consistent and I wouldn't need a yearly pay raise, I would have enough hours to make up for the less pay.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My general manager and music director and very understanding and generally try to make things work of I need a day off or am too sick to come in. I appreciate everything they've done for me and for fighting for me to potentially become full time, even though it falls on deaf ears.
