What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick efficent and pretty easy show and tell get hired

Getting to meet the owners and demonstrate my talent.
It was too easy. I got the job without the managers even seeing me play. I could've been a complete amateur, but I fit the instrument and schedule they needed, and that's good enough. Something to keep in mind.
Questions were poignant and related to the job.
Meeting the Corporate Team. And interacting with them.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
At least make some effort to recruit better candidates. Like I said before... this place is a joke.
I had to take 3 interviews, two with corporate managers and one with the CEO before I was offered a poor paying job.
