Todd A. Shaw — Executive VP & Chief Supply Chain Officer at School Specialty

Mr. Todd A. Shaw has been Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President at School Specialty, Inc. since June 8, 2017 and serves its an Executive Vice President of Operations since December 1, 2014 until June 8, 2017. He has more than 17 years of experience in operations and logistics management. He served as senior vice president of facility services and logistics at XE Services, LLC, a defense industry company, in Moycock, N.C., directing 12 departments with over 400 employees and contractors and overseeing a 7,000 acre campus with over 90 structures. Prior to that, he was a division manager for Shorr Packaging Corporation, based in the company's Cincinnati office, responsible for five distribution centers in five states. Mr. Shaw served as Vice President of Operations for Corporate Express, also in Cincinnati, directing a five-facility hub and spoke distribution model in four states. He began his career in 1989 with Unisource Worldwide in Milwaukee as a warehouse professional and over the next 14 years, rose through the ranks to become Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager, Division Operations Manager and Area Operations Manager based in Unisource Worldwide's Minneapolis Office. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
