  • Full-time employees get fully paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for themselves and their dependents, part-time employees get the same for the employee only (dependents not covered but can add at a cost). For all there is also a 100% match up to 6% on 401k, as well as many other supplemental benefits (education assistance, pet insurance, discounts, etc. )
