We were the top paid local industry, but thanks to minimum wage increasing nationwide, and our corporate leadership deciding against hourly wage increases to remain competitive, we are among the lower end of hourly rates.
Not family oriented like you claim.constantly working weekends and holidays and never able to spend time together with family.we are all partners like you claim then we should be able to at least get every other weekend off.quit working people like we are robots . show some respect for your employee
