What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually treat workers decently and not overwork them. Do whatever they have to in order to keep new hires whether thats pay more show more appreciation. I dont care. That or more people will continue to quit.
Communication between each other together
Direct leadership is great. Leaders in other departments and plant manager do not communicate well. Not strong leaders in my opinion.

Putting enough people on the lines .we have 1 person doing 2 to 3 peoples jobs constantly.seems like your try to get as much done for as little as possible.not taking in consideration for your employees health people are getting burned out and you don't seem to care

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is decent for the minimal work that is required.
Base pay is industry standard
Pay scale is fair enough.
Employees stock ownership available to production workers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1 to 2 paid sick days a year
We get a bonus based off of how well the company does I would prefer actually having a set bonus
Could use a little more vacation time.
More pay, more apperciation, less time here and more time with family and friends.
Annual raises should be higher and should be equal if we are partners
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always willing to help eachother when needed

Hard working, caring, fun team. More than a job to most.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management, Stop giving those who call in all the time overtime hours just because they are senority
Pay equity but not skill equity.
50/50 theres good workers and theres useless workers.
Coworkers are older and have been around for quite a while. They have grown "stale" and the ones ready for retirement don't care anymore.

They were very clear about what the expectations were
Short, easy questions, knew that day if I was hired
1:1 time with partners from different areas of the company. Able to get hear their opinions on the company, culture, position.
Questions are very focused on critical thinking and the problem solving process.

Effective lies that never came true.
Stop lying to future employees. Prepare them for what they arr actually going to see work hours wise. Thats the number one reason most people quit.

The coworkers make me happy

Machines that work right, running correct product that's meant for the machines to run and not working people to exhaustion all the time

I honesly dont know what the customers think. They are probably happy enough. But i and many of my "partners" are miserable.
Fire all leadership and above and get someone that can do the jobs correctly and take care of your employees
Stop working people every weekend and gaurntee them Every other weekend off.no one wants to be there every day of there life.life goes by fast and you can't turn back time.we miss out with our children and grandchildren and family time because we are constantly stuck there
