Miserable, Overworked, Treated poorly. Constantly depressing because no one wants to stay so its a circle of nonstop falling behind on work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More appreciation. Less work hours and more pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More pay, more apperciation, less time here and more time with family and friends.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I honesly dont know what the customers think. They are probably happy enough. But i and many of my "partners" are miserable.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop lying to future employees. Prepare them for what they arr actually going to see work hours wise. Thats the number one reason most people quit.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The ones that stick around or have been here for years are extremely hard working and kind. A select few are grumpy goons who take it out on everyone else but overall everyone is great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually treat workers decently and not overwork them. Do whatever they have to in order to keep new hires whether thats pay more show more appreciation. I dont care. That or more people will continue to quit.
