Putting enough people on the lines .we have 1 person doing 2 to 3 peoples jobs constantly.seems like your try to get as much done for as little as possible.not taking in consideration for your employees health people are getting burned out and you don't seem to care

We get a bonus based off of how well the company does I would prefer actually having a set bonus

Stop lying to future employees. Prepare them for what they arr actually going to see work hours wise. Thats the number one reason most people quit.
Machines that work right, running correct product that's meant for the machines to run and not working people to exhaustion all the time

Stop working people every weekend and gaurntee them Every other weekend off.no one wants to be there every day of there life.life goes by fast and you can't turn back time.we miss out with our children and grandchildren and family time because we are constantly stuck there
Fire all leadership and above and get someone that can do the jobs correctly and take care of your employees
I honesly dont know what the customers think. They are probably happy enough. But i and many of my "partners" are miserable.
