What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always positive and encouraging towards growth and development
I love the transparency that the leadership team has with their decisions. They encourage feedback from every single employee. With the company being 100% employee-owned, we know that our opinions matter to our leadership team. I have never been dissatisfied with their decisions.
I love the Friday lunch, executive's are always open and honest! Especially when it is about finances!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less nepotism, more open-mindedness, more flexibility for remote work
Being open to ideas the Founder did not suggest, put the egos aside
Not taking themselves too seriously. Their markets can be crushed by a couple of innovations.

The communication skills of engineers are ridiculous. They can't even make simples interaction.

We know that we are doing work that benefits society on a global scale.
Seeing it is a company of 5k employees they try and make you feel so important! I have always felt like I have been valued and valuable as an employee.
