Ms. Denise S. Stump has been the Chief Ethics Officer and an Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (???Scotts Miracle???) (formerly, The Scotts Company) since October 31, 2013 and February 2003 respectively. Ms. Stump is responsible for worldwide Human Resources strategy and execution, including building leadership and organizational capability, ensuring HR operational excellence and creating a diverse and highly-engaged workforce. She is also accountable for leading all internal communication activities. She joined the Scotts Miracle in September 2000. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at The Scotts Company from October 2002 to February 20, 2003. From July 2001 to October 2002, Ms. Stump served as Vice President of Human Resources North America at The Scotts Company. From September 2000 to July 2001, she served as Vice President of Human Resources Technology and Operations at The Scotts Company. From April 1998 to September 2000, she served as Director of Human Resources for the Ross Products Division at Abbott Laboratories. She joined the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories in 1996. Ms. Stump is a Member of the Nationwide Children's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and the Farms for City Kids Board of Directors. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Organizational Communications from The Ohio State University.
