What is the best part about your compensation package?
Scotts has a very generous vacation package. Also, they have a very nice 401k match.
Competitive salaries for sales team and numerous benefits such as company car, matching 401k, health expense reimbursement programs and adequate time off policy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the covid outbreak we continued to work cause us being mulch makers we arw essential works!? They paid us higher pay for the out break and all the employees came to work happy and never calling out. That rate of pay is what we deserve not this pay that their giving to McDonald's workers now
I have been with the company for over 19 years as a merchadiser. With inflation and everything like it is today i feel under paid. Also, new employees are hired in at a rate near my rate. Compression needs to be fixed in cases like this.
More money. Better management my managers harassing me
