Great company to work for!

Very good company to work for, chances for advancement. My site has great management. Wages would be nice if they were a little higher though.

Job is wonderful however management at my location is aweful. Their is favoritism and double standards. Due to a recent increase in people leaving we are now over worked and under paid. We have no Christmas bonuses and no appreciation to those who are sticking it out.

Its a great place to work and benefits are awsome.

They seem to care about doing their jobs well.

During the covid outbreak we continued to work cause us being mulch makers we arw essential works!? They paid us higher pay for the out break and all the employees came to work happy and never calling out. That rate of pay is what we deserve not this pay that their giving to McDonald's workers now

I have been with the company for over 19 years as a merchadiser. With inflation and everything like it is today i feel under paid. Also, new employees are hired in at a rate near my rate. Compression needs to be fixed in cases like this.

More money. Better management my managers harassing me
