What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit showing favorites and moving your buddies up and not the ones who been with company and worked for promotions. They hand higher paying jobs to their friends and family

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the covid outbreak we continued to work cause us being mulch makers we arw essential works!? They paid us higher pay for the out break and all the employees came to work happy and never calling out. That rate of pay is what we deserve not this pay that their giving to McDonald's workers now
I have been with the company for over 19 years as a merchadiser. With inflation and everything like it is today i feel under paid. Also, new employees are hired in at a rate near my rate. Compression needs to be fixed in cases like this.
More money. Better management my managers harassing me

Equality,fairness, less harassment, building morale.
New management and appreciation for the work we put in. And give us a Christmas bonus. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck

I feel like I am being discriminated. I can't come to my management for help because I think they will not acknowledge my concerns.
