I feel my position is paid under the average and if there were an evaluation of my position and my skills with an explanation of my salary grade and where I fall, that would be helpful.
I am looking forward to new insurance, hopefully that issue will get better. Work nights and weekends and do not get any compensation for it. Not even a thank you!
I believe I'm paid fairly for my job, but now that I am taking 1/2 the work from a soon to be retired associate, the pay doesn't justify that, especially if that retired associate isn't replaced and that work is then given to the new associate so I only have to do my normal job.
