How quick it was and the response times
It was a straight forward process and the answers came back very quickly
The timelines of getting back to me were very clear and straight
They were not trying to be super scary and intimidating. They are just trying to find the right fit!
Clear expectations on what was needed in the role to be successful and given an opportunity to make sure it was a good fit on both sides.
It is was fast and aggressive! While I wasn't actively looking at the time, the interview process was a great breath of fresh air and gave great insight to how fast things move here.
It has been a long time since I have interviewed and things were different then but I enjoyed getting to meet some of the key people I was going to work closely with.
Video interviews and very clear steps. Great communication with the Recruiting Team.
