What does the ideal candidate in the Sales department look like at SeamlessDocs?
Someone who is coachable, and able to break old habits. Most candidates have not sold to government before, so you have to be able to take your sales talent and skills and shape them differently.
How flexible is your work schedule at SeamlessDocs?
Everything comes down to execution. If you need to work from home, it is typically approved if you are accomplishing your job. If you need to go home early or head out for some reason it is almost always approved as long as you are working effectively and hitting quotas and goals.
