Takes time to work up which is normal at any company. You need to perform to get paid well as is expected.

Fun group that is passionate about changing government.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have dogs in the office. Enough said. Just raised 8 million. Says where we are going. When you succeed, it's fun.
Everybody in the company is passionate about the mission of the company. We all have a common goal in mind and that passion helps us stay motivated.
