What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sound strategy for moving pipeline through approval process.
They're willing to listen to you and genuinely care about making improvements
They care about helping patients. They take care of their staff to retain the best talent. They are constantly trying to improve their management styles and trying to create the best moral and environment to work in.
Passion for patient care is number 1

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Restricted stock options and bonus
Stock share program-they are generous to everyone, not just Execs.
Comprehensive package with extra perks.
I feel like my pay is very competitive compared to industry standards. I have also had a good number of advancement opportunities at SeaGen, which has positively affected my compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Reliable and collegial. Respect and good attitude.
We all work together to make improvements and to make sure the workload is evenly distributed. Always helping one another
Even though there is much work to do, everyone is very helpful to each other. Respect.
Company wide Friday morning meetings every week. Our CEO and executive staff is very visible.
My team is fun, hardworking and knowledgeable. They are always willing to step in if I need help!

Teamwork, willingness to help one another
Positive, helpful, respectful attitudes amongst all staff
People are truly passionate about their work and the impact every job has on patient care.
I really enjoy our "small company feel" even though we are growing every day!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Didnt feel too pressure. Typical HR questions not a lot of surprising questions
Very professional and friendly HR and staff
Meeting with a variety of people for different departments that I would be interacting with. Gave me a full picture for the position.

What makes you most happy at work?
The balance of work and knowing the schedule and that we will get out on time.
Coworkers, fast paced but low pressure environment,
Constant learning and collaboration and knowing I am making a small difference to help cancer patients
Excitement about what the company is doing and how we are successfully growing and making a bigger impact.
I am most happy at work when I am crossing off goals I have met throughout the year. My manager and I have created goals for 2018 and I hope to cross off those as well!
