I really enjoy our "small company feel" even though we are growing every day!

My team is fun, hardworking and knowledgeable. They are always willing to step in if I need help!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my pay is very competitive compared to industry standards. I have also had a good number of advancement opportunities at SeaGen, which has positively affected my compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I am crossing off goals I have met throughout the year. My manager and I have created goals for 2018 and I hope to cross off those as well!
