They care about helping patients. They take care of their staff to retain the best talent. They are constantly trying to improve their management styles and trying to create the best moral and environment to work in.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Reliable and collegial. Respect and good attitude.
We all work together to make improvements and to make sure the workload is evenly distributed. Always helping one another
Even though there is much work to do, everyone is very helpful to each other. Respect.
Company wide Friday morning meetings every week. Our CEO and executive staff is very visible.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Didnt feel too pressure. Typical HR questions not a lot of surprising questions

The balance of work and knowing the schedule and that we will get out on time.

I am most happy at work when I am crossing off goals I have met throughout the year. My manager and I have created goals for 2018 and I hope to cross off those as well!
