What do you like best about the leadership team?
It teaches us to be more competitive and dedicated to our work.

We have had numerous managers walk off the job or just quit. Leaving the employees in a mess. I was 9 months pregnant and working 70 hrs plus.

Never been compensated for my loyalty.
Low wages. Better wages and better hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unity is the best part.
Friendly, easy to talk to and work well as a team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the other stylists are great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Easy going and happy coworkers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No stedy structure. Management keeps bothering to look out rather then in.

Great question not just same old thing. Really was fun to be put on toes.
