I have spent a decade of my life at this insufferable, cut-throat company. Securitas treats its regional directors like expendable trash. They have brought on some woke sociopaths who think hiring unqualified but diverse employees will improve the bottom line. Securitas is dying on the vine.

Hire based on performance not skin color.

Disciplined, kind, intelligent, and responsive to client needs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Woke managers who push Diversity, Equity and Inclusion instead of competence, profit, and delivery. The entire company has gone insane with its woke ideology.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
White, males, over the age of 45 with military, security, or law enforcement backgrounds should not apply because your experience is not valued. I would feel better if my team was paid fairly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is cut throat. If you have tenure you will be axed. If you are over 45 years of age you will be axed. We have been told not to promote from within. The company is going to implode.
