What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize some employees have more professional experience than they do, and are willing to help assist improving performance and overall corporate culture. Leadership also does not recognize top performers, there are no periodic performance awards, and annual merit increases are paltry at best
Communicate at ground level better one to one etc
Poor management, no room for advancement. Just a lousy company who doesn't care about their employees
horrible place to work. they mandate overtime. they blame people to take blame off themselves. I've had 4 great coworkers fired for stuff they should not have been fired for like falling asleep on a mandated 16 hour shift.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The part what these team offer to us.
Everything so far, we are paid in accordance with sectoral determination

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and better health benefits
Only interested in ensuring sites filled, only time you hear from them is when they want something.
White, males, over the age of 45 with military, security, or law enforcement backgrounds should not apply because your experience is not valued. I would feel better if my team was paid fairly.

Team work and communication we are good in that.
Loyal, talented, hard workers who collaborate and support each other and myself as their manager

When we as a team we stand as one.
Customers I work with and my direct reports are the most positive aspect of my job

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything starting from the leadership down. The leadership don't respect those underneath them we are seen as expendable dogs on a leash.
The company is cut throat. If you have tenure you will be axed. If you are over 45 years of age you will be axed. We have been told not to promote from within. The company is going to implode.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Woke managers who push Diversity, Equity and Inclusion instead of competence, profit, and delivery. The entire company has gone insane with its woke ideology.
