Satisfied customers and being able to witness the visible and tangible growth of junior staff developing their technical competencies while solving challenges and delivering solutions to our customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize some employees have more professional experience than they do, and are willing to help assist improving performance and overall corporate culture. Leadership also does not recognize top performers, there are no periodic performance awards, and annual merit increases are paltry at best
