What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas and discussion. There is a level of transparency that is rarely seen in the corporate world.
They occasionally check in and see how our performance is doing regarding sales

Clear purpose, transparent communication so that we feel part of the process.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is ridiculously awesome. Everyone gets 2% and then the credit union gives you double up to 4% match. You put in 4% then the credit union will put an additional 8%. So in short, if you are contributing 4% the credit union is contributing 10%. Awesome!
Medical is amazing. I paid little to nothijg for back surgery.
Medical package is mostly excellent.
The compensation and benefits at SSFCU are wonderful! Too many great things to list.
The entire compensation package including salary, benefits, 401k discretionary bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun and engaging to work with. They like to work together and are not petty.
My team cares about our members, and truly wants to help them in all situations..
We care for one another and want each person to succeed. There is a culture of supporting your co-workers that is widely seen in our area.
They are professional, intelligent and experienced.
We know how to meet and get things done quickly and efficiently.

Employee relations and benefits package
It used to be very positive under differny management now it is not.
The culture is inclusive and focused on employees total well being.
The people I work with and for are like family.
