What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct, make themselves available, open about challenges & what we're doing to fix them
Fairly easy to get an audience with members of the leadership team. They generally listen, and if you bring them a solid idea or solution to a problem, they will entertain it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empower people to do well at their job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incredible PTO, fair work-life balance, best in show package for medical/health
Parental leave, Dependent Care Savings Account, PTO (3 week minimum and they mean it) Flexible working hours
Unlimited vacationing and time to volunteer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the thpe of position I'm currently in the pay could be better. By no means is it below average but there are many companies willing to pay more for the same type of work.
It is well known that other agencies of similar sizes provide better base pay. The benefits are pretty good, but the take-home salary is not so impressive past the entry-level.
My manager was the worse and would create doubt in everyone to second guess the work they did
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team tries their hardest and puts their best feet forward. Seer definitely hires a talented pool of people that are great to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seer trys its best to embody a positive work environment while being an almost fully remote company. I love the flexability they offer its nice for individuals who have little ones at home.
There wasn't really anything to hype up about. When you first start, you think everything's all fine and dandy, but as you continue to work there, you find out it's all fake

What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to work somewhere that I know I can grow my skillsets. The opportunities are endless and the work can be rewarding.
