Fairly easy to get an audience with members of the leadership team. They generally listen, and if you bring them a solid idea or solution to a problem, they will entertain it.

Seer trys its best to embody a positive work environment while being an almost fully remote company. I love the flexability they offer its nice for individuals who have little ones at home.
