I love going to sork everyday. What i dont understand why its allowed for family members can work under another family member. We are always asking for more hours but hours are given to family members. Make no sense to any of us.

Best and most wholesome place I have ever worked, partially because of my awesome manager and amazing coworkers. I dont have a negative thing to say except that sometimes hours are low or get cut when we're not as busy (summertime.) Otherwise, its great and a really positive wokrplace.

Communication with seasonal employees is lacking. They changed payroll systems and never communicated with seasonal employees. How can you complete onboarding paperwork if you have no idea what your username and/or password are? And who do you contact?

Team participation is a winner

My leadership team is so great. I've had quite a few jobs, but this is the first job I've had where I feel like my managers actually care about not just me but everyone on the team as actual human beings. Many jobs say they'll treat you like family, but are toxic. Not this one. Everyone is so kind.

I feel See's should treat their regular employees better. Many of them are not given enough hours to qualify for benefits. I think this disrespects these workers.

Part time employees don't acrue vacation time even though we work just as hard all year long

Less procedural paperwork. More employee advocacy.

In the stores the managers and sales people like and support each other. Most customers are happy buying candy and we enjoy that as well. We have some wonderful customers.

I'm not sure how valued regular employees are. Yet regular and seasonal employees work well together to support the common goal of great customer satisfaction and service.

We teach each other and encourage each other.

A living wage, more staff each day, and a lot less bickering from upper management.
