Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay increase and collaboration with employees, and management.
When you volunteer to work . So they agree ..and they cut your hour's
I feel See's should treat their regular employees better. Many of them are not given enough hours to qualify for benefits. I think this disrespects these workers.
Part time employees don't acrue vacation time even though we work just as hard all year long
Less procedural paperwork. More employee advocacy.

Listen to all employees not just the too
More cooperation, I think people get lost in their own struggles sometimes and we can all benefit from collaboration

See's has a severe demographic issue and needs to re-evaluate it's model of how to grow out of the shrinking demographic that is its core customer base
