Mr. William T. Lawrence, also known as Bill, CFA serves as the Managing Director of Portfolio Management Team at SEI Investments Management Corporation. Mr. Lawrence serves as the Managing Director of Portfolio Management Team for Investment Management Unit at SEI Investments Co., and was previously Head of Global Fixed Income. He served as a Managing Director of Global Fixed Income Investment Strategy at SEI Investments Management Corporation. He leads a global team of investment professionals. Mr. Lawrence's areas of expertise are manager analysis and selection, strategy development, and investment research. He was an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., where he joined in 1998 and led the short duration portfolio management team. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lawrence was the Head of Fixed Income and Director of CoreStates Investment Advisers, where he oversaw the management of taxable and tax-exempt portfolios. Previously, he was a Vice President of Fixed Income Sales at CS First Boston, where he handled corporate, mortgage, and asset-backed securities. Mr. Lawrence has extensive investment experience. He is a member of AIMR and the Philadelphia Financial Analysts. Mr. Lawrence holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and English from Bucknell University.
