What do you like best about the leadership team?
There opens to communicate with the team and the way they treat us the same regardless of our job titles
They communicate really well and keep everyone informed of whats going on around the entire business
The leadership team empower everyone and help drive the business forward. They are approachable and always have an open door policy !

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is fair and each one of us works toward a collective objective. Compensation is commensurate with responsibility.
My overall package is great. The stock options make me feel like an owner of the business.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Openness, focus, clarity and passion
The interview process was simple (for me). It focussed on my competencies and how I could contribute to the business going forward.
I got to meet most of the team, which helped me hit the ground running.
Its focused on the human element
I got to have a chat with the whole team. They all made me feel welcomed and appreciated
