Executive Bio
Chuck Sattler is the Vice President of Genetic Programs for Select Sires, Inc. and oversees dairy sire development activities. Together with his team, they are the talent scouts for future all-stars in each of the dairy breeds. They analyze data, use advanced reproduction technologies, perform genomic testing, work with farmer-breeders and carry out negotiations to bring the best genetics to Select Sires. He is proud to work with an outstanding group of knowledgeable and experienced people in the dairy sire department as they strive to develop improved genetics for Select Sires’ farmer-owners. Sattler lives in Marysville, Ohio with his wife Barb. They’ve been married for 33 years and have three grown children.
