What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture of respect is great, there's no cowtowing to the C-level executives and everyone is treated as an individual with valuable ideas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entry-level content team is compensated fairly for the work we do and the market. I would like to see some kind of raise for the amount and quality of work we do though.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's very little coworker interaction that happens and we get trapped at our desks in our little offices for a lot of the day. I wish there was more interpersonal interaction going on to break up the day.
