New CEO has really pushed the company to grow and adapt to the changing market. Also dramatically improved communications over the last year. New AI products seem like they are taking off.

Benefits for the family and also for investing on my own well being.
Hobby compensation is fantastic. It covers a lot, including sports, books, classes, etc.

Very diverse with a global perspective. Russian origins of the company continue to show up in the culture, but less so after new CEO.
