Mr. Michael Tognetti serves as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SendGrid, Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Tognetti serves as a Secretary at SendGrid, Inc. Mr. Tognetti served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Oracle's Crystal Ball (known as Decisioneering, Inc.) from September 2003 to April 2007. Mr. Tognetti was responsible for managing Decisioneering's legal affairs for its operations worldwide, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, contracts, intellectual property and employment. Prior to joining Decisioneering, he served as in-house counsel for Vericept Corporation and has practiced law in Colorado at the firms of Cooley Godward LLP and Holme Roberts & Owen LLP. Mr. Tognetti has a JD from Harvard Law School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
