Company culture is great. ELT spends significant effort to maintain culture while we grow.

The leadership team doesn't trust line managers or people on the front lines as much as they should. As a result they tend to put in heavy processes or require layers of approval for decisions that slow the teams down and make people feel untrusted.

People at the senior leadership level don't trust line managers or ICs and as a result you need to get way too many approvals to move things forward and keep your teams agile and efficient. The leadership team needs to trust the front lines so we can move more quickly.
