Good team environment. Very little friction between departments. Everyone is focused on the same goals.

Our executive leadership clearly cares about employees and does their best to make SendGrid a great place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
SendGrid treated me with respect and kept me updated during the entire process. Offer (including pay, benefits, etc.) was very close to what I asked.
