What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't exist in an ivory tower. They actively take time to meet, interact with, listen to, and seem to care about everyone in the organization.

the stock. pay is pretty low for how much we do in support

The extensive benefits package includes things I'd expect from a job/company but also includes some bonus benefits that make us feel appreciated as individuals!

Despite being a growing, profitable company, the support department is constantly worried about money and pays less than the rest of the company for comparable work.

Our benefits are a nice addition, however some of those that I don't use as frequently I would prefer be directly moved into my salary.
