What do you like best about the leadership team?The approach to servant leadership espoused by Sameer has become core to the way the full executive team manages this company. They truly live by our core values and do their best to ensure every employee has a career high at SendGrid.
What makes you most happy at work?The people I work with! We have so much fun together, even during difficult situations, we band together to support each other an find a solution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Our benefits are a nice addition, however some of those that I don't use as frequently I would prefer be directly moved into my salary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone is moving fast, we could take a little more time to prepare for meetings and focus on the most important things.
