Mr. Sameer Dholakia has been Chief Executive Officer of SendGrid, Inc. since September 2014 and serves as its President. Mr. Dholakia leads the VMLogix's overall strategy and is responsible for its execution. He has extensive experience in the enterprise software industry, having held key leadership roles in sales, business development and product management. He served as and Chief Executive Officer of VMLogix. He served as Group Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Platforms Group at Citrix. He spent 12 years at Trilogy, Inc., a privately held leading enterprise software firm based in Austin, Texas. He held numerous positions at Trilogy, Inc., managing west coast operations in the U.S. where he established the Trilogy's consumer electronics vertical and expanded its install base in the automotive industry. Mr. Dholakia served as Vice President of Alliances, where he managed an organization responsible for developing Trilogy's strategic partnerships. He started his career with Trilogy in product management, leading the creation of the Trilogy's second major application business. He has been Chairman of SendGrid, Inc. since September 2017 and has been its Director since September 2014. He serves as Director of VMLogix, Inc. Mr. Dholakia holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Organizational Studies from Stanford University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
